![]() ![]() Didn’t care at all about the HORRIBLE experience. At check out expressed my displeasure and was told I had to call guest services and front desk doesn’t answer phones and what credit card would I like to charge. Was charged for Wi-Fi saying we hit our limit of 2 when we only had signed into one. ![]() ![]() Wifi in room only allowed on 2 devices?!? How cheap can you be especially if it’s “included” in resort fee. Service terrible, could never get anyone to answer when you called from your room. Lights out/ blinking in halls, elevator broken, almost tripped over a huge piece of metal coming out of the elevator that was just left there by workers. She switched the room, I said all I want is a clean room and she made a face and said well I hope it is clean (what kind of service is that?)! I had to go back and move my bags to new room. I was told to switch rooms I would have to go back and get all my bags and bring them down to switch. I had to go downstairs and wait to complain to someone. Tried calling the front desk numerous times and no one answered. Got up to room and it was DISGUSTING! Dirty/wet wash cloth on dirty sink in bathroom, wrappers left on counter, empty pill wrapper on floor, broken table, broken toilet paper holder, room was not clean. Tried to check in online was told to pick up keys at kiosk, then was told I had to see front desk. Had to stay there for a dance competition. ![]()
